“ Ok this is a dive takeout place. Its dirty, and I feel like I will be robbed. With that said, I go there multiple times per week as it has such good food. Once of the best tasting stakeouts in kzoo. ”
“ Wings are great but their Italian sausage is horrible. Staff did make it up though by giving money back. ”
“ It is the best and most authentic Chicago or Detroit style Gyro in Kalamazoo, Back when Detroit still had good gyros. I don't much about the rest of the menu, but I don't really care. ”
“ This is a pretty authentic Chicago style corner shop with all the stuff you could normally get at those shops. Polish, gyros, pizza puffs, Italian beef/combo etc. Big portions, decent prices, nothing surprising if you've hit up somewhere similar in chitown. Definitely call ahead, it's small inside without much standing room, and sometimes it gets busy. Also, calling the area it's in "sketchy" is pretty accurate, but it's a busy corner and I've never felt unsafe. Definitely worth it if you're after a fast food style gyro. Also: Faygo. I mean come on. Gyro comes with fries and a can of it, and they've got a pretty wide selection of Detroit's finest pop. Ray ray's is probably better for Italian beef, but they have the regular (read: non "celery and oil") giardinara here if you don't want the Al's beef knockoff they serve at RRs. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I'm just saying. ”
